2023 - LEEANN'S HISTORY - OOAK - HAPPY BIRTHDAY LENEDA

From Dad's very own collection, this is HAPPY BIRTHDAY LENEDA.  This one-of-a-kind doll was at first a HAIR SAMPLE that never got produced.  Dad made the special birthday outfit using a variegated silky ribbon that he wove into a piece of fabric for the top.  He used more of the ribbon as ties for the top and to create a design on the skirt.  Leneda also has ribbon bows in her hair.  

This OOAK doll was the start of an online birthday event for Leneda.  The collector who won the doll preferred trading it for a different doll at the time so it remained in Dad's collection ever since.
