From Dad's very own collection, this is a OOAK HAIR SAMPLE LEEANN. Often when sampling a new hairstyle for production the factory will use whatever hair fiber is already in the rooting machine. This never produced SHORT HAIR LEEANN DOLL is one of them. I think it was sampled as an option for the Amelia Earhart event doll. Truly a ONE OF A KIND
