From Dad's very own collection, this is AMELIA EARHART COMPANION DOLL - WHITE VERSION.  The pre-production sample of this special edition companion doll wears a highly detailed flying suit with "leather" coat, helmet, etc.  The iconic scarf is a miniature reproduction of one from the Amelia Earhart Collection produced for this doll.  A very limited number of these were produced.
